Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of this affiliate program before registering or using the affiliate function(s) of this website.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.

Affiliate Acceptance

All registrations for the affiliate program are subject to approval by Sarah Renae Clark. Sarah Renae Clark reserves the right to reject, unenrol, cancel and suspend any affiliate (or potential affiliate) from the program at any time without notice.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their details are correct and up to date.

Branding

If affiliates are using their own artwork which displays Sarah Renae Clark’s name, logo or products, it must be approved by Sarah Renae Clark.

Sarah Renae Clark reserves the right to direct any affiliate to modify/remove references to products, websites or articles for any reason.

Commission Rates

Affiliates are rewarded with commissions set by Sarah Renae Clark. As of August 2017, the base rate is 20% per eligible sale for digital items, and physical items are assessed individually, however from time to time, higher rates may be awarded for individual products or affiliates. Sarah Renae Clark reserves the right to change the commission rate at any time without notice.

Commissions are only applicable to products sold on the Sarah Renae Clark website. Any sales completed outside of this website (i.e. Amazon) do not receive a commission.

Note that if a refund is provided to a customer, the corresponding commission payment will also be refunded.

Payments

Affiliates are paid by Sarah Renae Clark directly into their nominated PayPal account at the end of each month. Affiliate payments are made in USD, with any transaction fees/costs of the transaction deducted from this payment.

Tracking/Use of Cookies

Affiliate referrals are tracked using cookies. Affiliates are responsible for generating the correct referral links using the link creation tool in the affiliate control panel. Referals made using incorrect links, or referrals which are not tracked using the affiliate tracking system (e.g. cookies blocked or cleared) will not be eligible for a payment.
