By submitting an entry to the 100k Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sarah Renae Clark, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

The Competition is open to all humans age 21 or older at time of entry. The competition is open worldwide, except for Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, and Czech Republic – Residents of these countries are not eligible to enter or win.

Employees of Sarah Renae Clark, its respective parent, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this competition, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. The competition is governed by Australian law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

How to Enter

Complete and submit the online entry form to register for the competition. In doing this, you are eligible for all prizes except the grand prize.

To be eligible for the grand prize, you must be in the top 100 highest scoring participants according to the score table on sarahrenaeclark.com at the time and date determined by Sarah Renae Clark, when the YouTube Channel youtube.com/sarahrenaeclark is determined to have reached 100,000 subscribers. At this time, a copy of the scoreboard will be taken and no further points will be counted past this time. The top 100 will be determined from this list and a winner will be drawn at random to win the grand prize. The official end period of the giveaway will be decided by Sarah Renae Clark.

You do not need to be a subscriber to Sarah Renae Clark on YouTube to be eligible to win, and being a subscriber will not improve your chances of winning.

Scoring Points

You can earn points (to get in the top 100 score board) by completing the additional entry instructions on your unique thank you page after registering for the competition. You can find this page again at any time by re-entering your details.

Some points may take up to a minute to be added to your score.

You can earn points by referring friends to the competition. The friend must enter the competition through your referral in order to get an additional entry. You can refer as many friends as you like. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

You can also earn points by clicking on the other links provided on your unique thank you page. You are not required to like or follow any of the social media pages that you visit in order to receive the bonus points.

Prize distribution:

The number of prizes given from the prize pool will be determined by the date that the giveaway closes (i.e. the date that Sarah Renae Clark reaches 100,000 subscribers on YouTube).

If the goal is achieved by 31^st March, 2021, 2 winners will receive the grand prize and 18 winners will receive their choice of prize from the general prize pool.

If the goal is achieved by 30^th April, 2021, 2 winners will receive the grand prize and 16 winners will receive their choice of prize from the general prize pool.

If the goal is achieved by 31^st May, 2021, 2 winners will receive the grand prize and 14 winners will receive their choice of prize from the general prize pool.

If the goal is achieved by 30^th June, 2021, 2 winners will receive the grand prize and 12 winners will receive their choice of prize from the general prize pool.

If the goal is achieved by 31^st July, 2021, 2 winners will receive the grand prize and 10 winners will receive their choice of prize from the general prize pool.

If the goal is achieved by 31^st August, 2021, 1 winner will receive the grand prize and 4 winners will receive their choice of prize from the general prize pool.

If the goal is achieved by 30^th September, 2021, 1 winner will receive the grand prize and 3 winners will receive their choice of prize from the general prize pool.

If the goal is achieved by 31^st October, 2021, 1 winner will receive the grand prize and 2 winners will receive their choice of prize from the general prize pool.

If the goal is achieved by 30^th November, 2021, 1 winner will receive the grand prize and 1 winners will receive their choice of prize from the general prize pool.

If the goal is achieved by 31^st December, 2021, 1 winner will receive the grand prize only.

If the goal is not achieved by 31^st December, 2021, no prizes will be awarded.

If a prize is unavailable in the winner’s location, or is significantly more expensive than the ARV, then an Amazon Gift Card will be provided to the winner of the equivalent ARV.

If any winner is unable to receive payment then prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from among the remaining eligible entries for that prize. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by Sarah Renae Clark.

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO THE ABOVE

Winners of the grand prize will be selected in a random drawing from the top 100 highest scoring eligible entries received as of the date that Sarah Renae Clark’s Youtube subscriber count reaches 100,000 subscribers.

Winners of other prizes will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Random drawing will be conducted by a representative from Sarah Renae Clark whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by email and at the judges’ discretion, will be required to complete and return an email confirmation of prize acceptance and possibly a Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”) within 30 days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited. Prize awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of completed Affidavit/Release or prize notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or if Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute affidavit on minor’s behalf.
