The Covid-19 Coronavirus has left our world in isolation – with many of us stuck at home alone, or stuck at home with the kids… both of which can leave us feeling a little anxious and overwhelmed.
It’s important to make your mental health a priority during this time, and there are so many ways you can do this. One of my favorite ways (if you hadn’t guessed!) is coloring in and getting creative! My passion for being creative and helping others has inspired me to create something that everyone (both adults and kids) can use to get creative during this time in isolation – whatever that looks like. I believe in the power of positive thinking and taking the time to laugh, and the freedom that decluttering can bring when we are feeling overwhelmed or trapped.
And so, I’ve teamed up with Menucha from Moms and Crafters and Cristin from CristinAF to bring you this amazing collection of resources, ALL FOR FREE.
Introducing the Quarantine Boredom Buster Bundle! This free printable bundle includes coloring pages for you and the kids, activity ideas, decluttering ideas, some silly postcards you can send “from the couch” and so much more. There are over 100 pages total – and it’s all completely FREE – because we just want to do this as our gift to you.
We’ve brought this all together to help you reduce your stress, find ways to have fun, and to remind you to have a little laugh during this challenging season. There are plenty of activities and ideas to keep the kids busy, plus some ways for you to get creative with coloring pages and lettering to help you relax too.
We hope you find something you’ll enjoy. Please spread the word by sharing this article on social media and saving it to Pinterest! Scroll down to see what’s inside and to download your copy of the Quarantine Boredom Buster Bundle!

Free Printables – Just for Fun
- Free Printable Quarantine postcards: Just because you can’t travel beyond the house right now doesn’t mean you can’t send a fun postcard to a friend or penpal! There are 4 postcards in this fun set that you can print and send to your friends.
- “I survived the TP Crisis” Free Printable Stickers: Another freebie to make you giggle when you look back on some of the crazy parts about quarantine – like the obsession over toilet paper that left supermarket shelves empty and caused chaos all over the world. Over toilet paper, really?
Activities for the kids
- ‘What Can I Draw Today?’ Printable: This list includes plenty of drawing ideas to keep your kids occupied and help them to try something new or challenging. You could turn this into a race, a game, or roll a dice to randomly choose which drawing they can do next.
- ‘What Can I Build Today?’ Printable: I know my son is constantly asking me for ideas on what to build with his Lego, so now I’ve created this list for him (and for you too!) so he will never run out of ideas again! I encourage him to choose things he hasn’t tried before… although he often decides he’d rather just build another rocket, and at least keeps busy doing that!
- Things to Do at Home With Kids: This HUGE list includes a ton of fun activities for the kids, and links to tutorials and supplies from Moms and Crafters. It includes arts and crafts ideas, new skills the kids can learn, book-based activities, STEM ideas, sensory play, cooking, getting active, plus so many more cool ideas you can do as a family.
- Goldilox Printable Popsicle Puppets: Color in your own puppets with these easy-to-use printable templates. Simply color in and cut out each character, then stick them on a popsicle stick and play!
- Free Printable Hand Washing Poster: I’ve taught my son how to wash his hands properly at least 100 times… and it just doesn’t stick. This printable is for the parents who can relate, and the kids that love visual reminders. They can color it in, or just stick it to the wall in your bathroom so the kids can wash their hands step-by-step and learn good hygiene habits.
Free Coloring Pages for Adults
- Encouraging Coloring Pages for Adults (x4): I have created these coloring pages to encourage you on the harder days of isolation. The coloring quotes include “I have so much to be grateful for”, “I have been through hard days before and I will get through today” and “This too shall pass”.
- 50 Nifty Geometric Coloring Pages: Cristin has these mini coloring pages that you can print and color in just a few spare moments in your day. The kids will love these too – with plenty of simple but interesting geometric patterns to choose from! As an extra challenge – try copying some of these patterns to create your own art!
- Free Coloring Pages (x9): I’ve gathered 9 of the most popular free coloring pages from my collection to include in this bundle. These are a mix of simple and intricate free coloring pages, so they are perfect for the whole family. There are more free coloring pages available on my website here.
- Coffee Coloring Pages (x2): When you’re reaching for that 3rd coffee but you know you shouldn’t… color in a coffee instead! Menucha has created this fun set of coffee coloring pages that you can color in or use to create a fun piece of art for your own kitchen coffee station!
- Mandala Mix (12 Coloring Pages): These 12 coloring pages by Cristin are perfect to reduce stress and give your mind a chance to escape. Each mandala is unique and beautiful!
- Motherhood Coloring Page: And finally, one for the moms from momsandcrafters.com (Menucha) – “Think of the mess like fairy dust… one day it will go away and take all of the magic with it”… whether you’re loving this time with kids or going a little crazy, this page is a great one to color and frame as a reminder to enjoy every little moment, even when it feels like chaos.
Get Organized – Printables for adults and kids
- Free Printable Spring Cleaning Checklist: If you’re finding yourself with extra time on your hands, maybe it’s time for a full spring clean! This list will help you with areas that you’ve probably forgotten about in the past – so your house will look the best it ever has! If you’re short on time, this is a great list to spread out over a few months so you can keep on top of the little areas that are often forgotten, without going crazy trying to do it all at once!
- 25 Places to Declutter and Clean (for kids): Why should mom and dad have to do all the work? The next time the kids complain about being bored, give them this list and send them on their way! You could even build these into a calendar or set goals and rewards for the kids to work through the list.
Free Printables for Creative Writing
- Free Brush Lettering Practice Pages: Cristin is one of the best lettering artists I know, and she has plenty of resources on her website to help you learn lettering. These free brush lettering practice pages are the perfect way to get started! They are easy to use for adults or kids, and will give you a chance to learn a new style of lettering. When you’re ready to take it further, check out Cristin’s other resources on her website.
- Free Coloring Journal/Planner Pages: If you’ve been writing letters or want to create a special journal for yourself or the kids to record this strange moment in history, these free coloring planner pages are a great way to bring a creative touch to your writing. There are 4 formats included so you can choose your preferred paper – grid, small lines, large lines or plain. (There are more designs available in my shop)
