Each card features an image and a colour palette on the front for inspiration. The colours are featured again on the back, positioned neatly along the edge of the card so you can align them right up against your projects for a closer look. The back also includes darker and lighter shades of each colour to further assist with colour selection, as well as hex codes for each colour to give graphic designers and digital artists the confidence that they’re using the right colours every time.

I love the size and the sturdiness of the boxes as well as individual Cards. I have a hard time choosing cards so I asked my husband to give me three numbers between 1 and 500 :) Starting with Number 308 :)

I couldn’t have been more delighted when I open the package. There it was… a beautiful box with my Color Cubes. When I opened each cube I couldn’t have been more delighted. The cards are gorgeous. The range of color palettes is mind boggling. I never would have come up with a fraction of these rich color palettes. This is one of the best art supply purchased I’ve made ever. I’ve been looking at each card because they are so beautiful and feel good in the hands. I’ll be using them right away and I can hardly wait. I bought the two boxes and have been really happy with them. The photograph on each card is the starting point visually so I can get the feel for the colour combination from that. Then I matchthe separate colours with my sets of pencils. Sometimes I select a card t rndom but most usually I look through to find a photograph that chimes with me for the image I m about to work on in my colouring book. I would recommend the boxes but I would say tht if your budget is tight, one box would be enough as Sarah has generated such a wonderful range in each of the boxes.

The Colour cards are so easy to use and choose between.
I love the way you can colour match against pencils/threads/fabrics due to the printing going right to the edge of the card.
