Each card features an image and a colour palette on the front for inspiration. The colours are featured again on the back, positioned neatly along the edge of the card so you can align them right up against your projects for a closer look. The back also includes darker and lighter shades of each colour to further assist with colour selection, as well as hex codes for each colour to give graphic designers and digital artists the confidence that they’re using the right colours every time.

I’ve never seen very good with picking color combinations for my quilts and usually rely on pattern suggestions. The color cards allow me to find a group of colors, as many cards as needed to make sure they work together. These cards would be an asset to any quilter! Without this my picks would be all over the place. I love them. So glad I bought them.

The pictures are brilliant. I mainly use my prismacolors so hoping to match best I can. I actually set up the pictures in subject order. Within that I did numerical. Then I used lined paper and pen to write what was in the picture and then next line the colors from back. Once I use them I’ll put the name and number I find best matches on next line. So a bit of work at the beginning but later just look and grab. Friend already took the subject of flowers and guide to practice her coloring. Thank you for coming up with your idea.
