Each card features an image and a colour palette on the front for inspiration. The colours are featured again on the back, positioned neatly along the edge of the card so you can align them right up against your projects for a closer look. The back also includes darker and lighter shades of each colour to further assist with colour selection, as well as hex codes for each colour to give graphic designers and digital artists the confidence that they’re using the right colours every time.

The cards are good quality, the photo references are interesting and inspiring. As someone fairly new to art and slow stitching it’s great to use the cards to help to choose colours that go well together or to pick a card number at random so as to challenge the use of colours not normally selected.
