Each card features an image and a colour palette on the front for inspiration. The colours are featured again on the back, positioned neatly along the edge of the card so you can align them right up against your projects for a closer look. The back also includes darker and lighter shades of each colour to further assist with colour selection, as well as hex codes for each colour to give graphic designers and digital artists the confidence that they’re using the right colours every time.

I have to say, I’m an art supply junkie but The Color Cube might be one of my most favorite supplies. First off, the boxes are cool looking but then you open it and start looking at the cards and they are so beautiful. I’ve been picking one a day at random and painting with the colors on the card. Love this product! It’s such a simple concept but executed beautifully! I love how easy it is to colour match with a tangible card and it’s pushing me outside my comfort zone as an artist that has a tendency to use the same colours over and over again. It’s over the top and too much $ for computer generated color cards. I’m not certain how to use them. I may cut them up and decoyoage them to a giant canvas.
