Digital 2025 Coloring Planner

The 2025 Digital Coloring Planner brings the excitement of paper planning to your digital devices.

Import your digital planner into Goodnotes, Xodo or your favorite digital planning app to enjoy the full features of a physical planner without the bulky accessories, stickers and pens.

The beautiful 2-page spread view allows you to see your week or month at a glance, with tabs for quick navigation between months and blank pages you can customize with your own content.

You can plan using the monthly calendars or the monthly dashboards, with room to write your main focus, projects, events and goals. The weekly spreads allow you to then focus on one day at a time, with plenty of room to break up your day however you choose, or to decorate your page and design your own layout with digital stickers or files from your device.

The end of each month includes a section to record your favorite memories and reflection, and an extra page you can use for notes or customize for whatever you like.

Please note this is an interactive PDF file, not an app. You will need a 3rd-party note-taking app to open the digital planner, specifically one that can open a PDF file and annotate it. Examples are Goodnotes, Xodo or Zoomnotes (We do not offer technical support for these).

• Intended for screen use only. Not intended for print. (200 DPI)
• Monthly spreads start on Sundays
• Monthly goal-setting, review dashboards and note pages.
• Weekly spreads are Monday to Sunday
• Contacts page and extra note pages at the back.
• Separate folder of coloring frames in PNG format that can be colored in another app and re-imported (such as ProCreate or Photoshop)
• A small selection of digital “stickers” is provided as PNG images that can be imported as pictures.

How Do I Use This?

The Digital Planner is an interactive PDF (not an app) and so you can use it with your computer, smartphone or tablet by importing it into an app that allows you to import and draw on interactive PDF files. All of the tabs are linked within the PDF. If you’ve ever used another digital planner in the past, you’ll be fine. If this is your first time, there’s a slight learning curve involved.

The features available to you will depend on the program you use. I personally use Goodnotes 5 on an iPad Pro with an Apple Pencil, however there are plenty of other options available for Apple and Android devices. (In my team’s experience, Kindle doesn’t seem to work)

Once you’ve set up your planner, you can import digital stickers (saved as PNG files) and decorate your Digital Planner in the same way you would decorate a printed planner. The added bonus is that you can also resize and copy your digital stickers, and move them around as often as you want. You can also import your own photos or images that you’ve created.

Then you can type or use a stylus (i.e. Apple Pencil) to write in your planner, and zoom in or out as you go to make the most of every inch of your page.
