I love the elegance of this book. I feel like I could display it on the coffee table and people will want to pick it up and look through it. It’s such a great price for the hardcover book with high quality paper and the digital versions. I can feel good about experimenting knowing I can do it over on fresh paper if I don’t like it. I will use pencils in the book and use markers for the printables. I like that the lines are thin, because black lines shouldn’t dominate the colorist’s work. I like the variety of images and that they aren’t too detailed nor too simple and not cookie cutter. I’m looking forward to getting creative with the extra background space and trying some new things to make it my own work in the end. I am very picky about which coloring books I buy but this one made the cut. I have never felt compelled to color the inside cover or title pages until I got this one! And what other artist out there has a thank you page at the end? Love the art supply test pages too!

Oh my goodness…. I have been a huge fan of Sarah Renae, and I am even more so now. Vibrant Wilds is SO AMAZING!!! The paper is superb – I have tried many mediums/ supplies/ techniques – even masking fluid with watercolor. Nothing has bled through to the other side. I love all the pictures and the hard cover. Absolutely amazing!!! I’ve nearly finished one picture so far, a sunflower with a bee. I still need to colour the bee. I did the sunflower in aquamarkers and Castle Arts coloured Pencils and will do same with bee, considering a background with oil Pastels. Might upload pics when done but I’m registered blind so maybe it’s the last thing Sarah would want!!!!!! But would taste 10* if I could!!!!!!

A young artist announced her intentions to combine her two favourite passions (creating and inspiring) in to one collaboration of great works of art on high quality paper in an adult colouring book.
This young artist told her ever growing fanbase of intrepid “artists at all stages” of her new project and asked them for their drawing ideas.
And in awe of her great talent and motivated by her stories of Art is For All, another “young” (well, at heart) artist, made her timorous suggestion for the new project and then promptly started to attend lessons learning how to draw.

The quality of the cover and the paper are beautiful however some of the images are lacking in detail and there are swathes of white spaces to cover. If you are someone who likes to do lots of interesting backgrounds you will like this book, if you are someone (like me) who likes lots of detail you will not. The order and delivery process was fast and straightforward (I’m in the UK)
