I received a notice that my order was complete over a week ago, but never received anything. I had initially emailed asking when it would ship, no response. Then, I emailed asking if the completion meant it was shipped, no response. I emailed again today asking if someone could update me on the order, no response. I was really looking forward to this book, but at this point, I have no clue if it shipped to me, where it is, and if I’ll even get it. It is quite depressing. If it doesn’t come in the next two days I’m going to just request a refund via PayPal since no one replies to the customer service emails.

Every month is missing the last week of the month

Hi Cindy! The end of the month isn’t missing – the last few days fall into the following week, which is located at the start of the next month (to keep the week together for easier weekly planning). I hope this clears up the confusion!
